To participate in PraxisForge programs, participants must meet the following requirements:
- Participants must provide accurate personal details during registration
- All information submitted must be truthful and verifiable
- Age requirements may apply for specific programs
Important: Misrepresentation of personal details or qualifications may lead to immediate suspension from programs without refund.

Please Note: These are learning experiences designed for skill development. PraxisForge does not provide job placement guarantees or guaranteed certifications.
⚖️ Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to PraxisForge programs are protected under applicable laws.
Protected Materials Include:
- All course content and curriculum materials
- Project frameworks and templates
- Teaching methodologies and approaches
- Video lectures and recorded sessions
- Assessment materials and rubrics
Strictly Prohibited: Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, sharing, or commercial use of any PraxisForge materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
🤝 Program Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and respect throughout their engagement with PraxisForge.
Expected Behavior:
- Maintain decorum and professional behavior in all live sessions
- Treat fellow participants, mentors, and staff with respect
- Participate actively and constructively in project work
- Follow session guidelines and instructions
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality
Enforcement: PraxisForge reserves the right to revoke access to programs for misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms without refund.
💳 Payments
Clear and transparent payment terms ensure smooth program delivery and participant experience.
Payment Requirements:
- Program fees must be paid in full before program commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payment methods accepted include online transfers, UPI, and credit/debit cards
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment confirmations will be sent via email
Non-Transferable: Program fees are non-transferable between participants or programs. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
📅 Program Rescheduling
While we strive to maintain scheduled timelines, certain circumstances may require program adjustments.
Rescheduling Scenarios:
- Mentor unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances
- Technical issues affecting program delivery
- Insufficient enrollment numbers
- External factors beyond our control
Our Commitment: Affected participants will be informed in advance and accommodated suitably with alternative dates or equivalent program options.

PraxisForge's liability is limited to ensure fair and reasonable terms for all parties involved.

- PraxisForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the program fees paid by the participant
- We are not responsible for individual career outcomes or performance
- Technical issues or internet connectivity problems are not our responsibility
Maximum Liability: In no event shall PraxisForge's total liability exceed the amount of fees paid by the participant for the specific program.
🔗 Third-Party Services
Our programs may integrate with various third-party platforms to enhance the learning experience.
Third-Party Platforms May Include:
- Project hosting tools (GitHub, GitLab)
- Video conferencing applications (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Learning management systems
- Cloud computing platforms
- Development environments and tools
Agreement Required: By participating in our programs, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these third-party platforms as well.
🌪️ Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for performance delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Force Majeure Events Include:
- Natural calamities (earthquakes, floods, pandemics)
- Government actions or regulations
- Technical failures or internet outages
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Labor strikes or disputes
Mutual Protection: In such events, both PraxisForge and participants are released from performance obligations until normal conditions resume.

Your privacy and data security are fundamental to our operations and are governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
Data Collection and Use:
- All participant data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Data is used for operational, administrative, and educational communication purposes

- Third-party sharing is limited and governed by strict agreements
Your Consent: By enrolling in our programs, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
⚖️ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law and subject to specific jurisdictional requirements.
Legal Framework: These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Dispute Resolution:

- All proceedings to be conducted in English
