Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you can request a refund or cancel your enrollment in any program offered by PraxisForge (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
π Cancellation by Participant
We understand that circumstances may change after enrollment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring program integrity.
Cancellation Window: Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 3 days of program enrollment.
- No cancellations will be entertained if the program has commenced
- No cancellations will be accepted if mentorship sessions have been accessed
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
π° Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for all participants.
Full Refund Conditions:
- Full refunds will be processed for valid cancellations made within the 3-day window
- Refund requests must be submitted before program commencement
Important: No refunds will be provided after the program commencement and no partial refunds for midway discontinuation by the participant.
π Cancellation or Rescheduling by Company
PraxisForge is committed to delivering quality programs, but exceptional circumstances may require changes.
Company-Initiated Changes:
PraxisForge reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel any program under exceptional circumstances such as:
- Insufficient enrollments
- Trainer unavailability
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Technical issues beyond our control
Your Options: In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or a seat in an equivalent future batch as per their preference.

We strive to process all eligible refunds efficiently and transparently.
Processing Timeline:
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days of approval
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method originally used by the participant
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Note: Any transaction fees or processing charges deducted by payment gateways during the original transaction are non-refundable.

Your privacy and data security are paramount to us.
- All personal information collected during registration is handled per our Privacy Policy
- Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent
- Data may be shared only for operational purposes related to program delivery
- Upon successful refund processing, your data will be handled according to our data retention policies
π How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To ensure your request is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our support team with "Refund Request" or "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
- Include your full name, enrollment details, and reason for cancellation
- Provide your transaction ID or payment reference number
- Submit the request within the applicable time frame
